As Legacy Parking Company begins our 3rd year of operations we are very excited to announce our expansion into Atlanta, Georgia. On February 25, 2016 Legacy Commenced operations of the 1108 space parking facility that services Resurgens Plaza. The 402,000 square foot office building is located in the Buckhead office district of Atlanta.

Resurgens Plaza is within walking distance or a very quick car ride to an endless variety of hotels, restaurants and high end retail developments.

In addition to Resurgens Plaza, Legacy Parking Company has been awarded the management contract to provide parking management services to Pinnacle & 3445 Peachtree office buildings. Pinnacle & 3445 Peachtree are located at the corner of Peachtree Road directly across from Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza Mall.

Pinnacle stands 21 stories containing 424,350 square feet with a parking facility totaling 1,253 parking spaces that services some of the most prestigious company’s in the Buckhead area. The 13 story 3445 Peachtree building contains 286,650 square feet of office space with a parking facility containing 710 parking spaces. Operations of these two premier office buildings will commence on April 1, 2016. As Legacy Parking Company continues to expand its operating platform in the Chicago market, we are extremely proud to announce the addition of two (2) new parking assets.

On January 1, 2016 Legacy Parking added the Chicagoan residential development to its parking portfolio. Legacy Parking Company has finalized a long term lease agreement for the parking facility located at 750 North Rush Street in Chicago, Illinois. The parking garage services the Chicagoan, a luxury apartment development located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.

The parking facility is located just steps from the Rush Street bar and restaurant district, Magnificent Mile and the Water Tower so shopping and dining options are endless. The facility also services numerous other Chicago landmarks within walking distance. As part of the lease agreement Legacy Parking Company will install state of the art access and revenue control systems that will be fully integrated with its call center via audio / CCTV communications. Legacy Parking is very pleased to enter this new relationship with Planned Realty Group, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois.

Effective April 1, 2016 Legacy Parking Company will begin parking operations at 500 West Monroe in Chicago, IL. Standing as the tallest office building west of the Chicago River in the Central Business District, 500 West Monroe is a distinguished and architecturally appealing property on the Chicago skyline. The granite and marble building was designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and features an illuminated glass spire on the southeast corner of the building and a bell tower, which leads downward to the dramatic three-story entrance on the ground floor.

500 West Monroe is located in the heart of Chicago's West Loop submarket ideally situated one block from Union Station, the city's busiest commuter rail station, and is located within walking distance of the LaSalle Street financial corridor and the burgeoning Theater District. The 966,000 square foot office tower contains over 1,300 parking spaces.

Legacy Parking Company has been awarded the contract to manage the Gold Coast Galleria Parking Garage in Chicago, Illinois effective January 1st, 2014.

Legacy Parking will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the parking operation that contains approximately 65,000 square feet of retail and commercial office space and 331 condominiums units.  The Gold Coast Galleria is home to several high profile tenants to include, Dave and Busters, Fitness Formula Club and Napleton's Aston Martin of Chicago.

Legacy Parking Company awarded the contract to manage the NBC Tower Garage commencing operations on March 1, 2013.

Legacy Parking Company awarded the contract to manage the 201 East Illinois Surface Lot commencing operations on March 1, 2013.

Legacy Parking Company awarded the contract to manage the 225 East North Water Surface Lot commencing operations March 1, 2013.

Legacy Parking Company has been awarded the lease for 777 S. State St parking garage in Chicago, Illinois.

As part of the agreement Legacy Parking will be committing significant capital to improve all aspects of the parking facility. Improvements include:

  • State of the art revenue and access control systems
  • New lighting systems utilizing LED technology 
  • Updated Sign and graphics package
  • Complete interior painting of the parking facility

Legacy Parking will commence operations September 1st, 2013

Legacy Parking Company has been awarded the parking contract for the 420,000 sq ft LaSalle – Wacker Building located at 221 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois.

The LaSalle – Wacker Building is one of the great Art Deco piles of Chicago, the building is based on a classic design, but doesn't take itself too seriously.  This is what Chicago architecture was once all about -- the little artistic flourishes that set one brick or limestone-clad building apart from the other. The building, itself, represents a vanishing piece of history. And if you really want to look for vanishing history, check out the art deco ash trays that still exist at the ground level.  The operation of the parking facility is 100% valet with a total capacity of approximately 120 vehicles.  Legacy Parking  commenced operations on March 21, 2014.

Legacy Parking continues to expand its portfolio of parking properties in the Chicago market with the addition of the 9 West Erie surface parking lot.

9 West Erie conveniently services the Rush Street bar and restaurant district, The Magnificent Mile and several area hotels. This is Legacy Parking's first property with New York City based Jenel Management and Development. Legacy commenced operations on June 1, 2014.

Legacy Parking expands into South Florida with operations at Southeast Financial Center effective November 1st, 2014.

Legacy Parking announced today they have entered into a lease agreement with JP Morgan and Jones Lang LaSalle for the parking facility that services the Southeast Financial Center in Downtown Miami. The Southeast Financial Center comprises two buildings: the 55-story 1.3 million square foot office tower and the 15-story parking annex. The tower has 54 stories of office space with ground level retail. The parking annex has 12 floors of parking totaling 1,150 parking spaces. The first floor is dedicated for retail, the second floor is a banking hall, and the fifteenth floor comprises the 20,000 square foot newly renovated David Barton Gym. The 1,150 space parking garage offers valet service internally on three (3) separate floors with curbside valet service available to visitors to the property Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. As part of the lease agreement Legacy Parking will oversee the day to day auto detailing services available to tenants and visitors of the Southeast Financial Center. A key element of Legacy Parking's winning bid was the expansion of the preliminary technology initiative currently underway. Upon completion the parking facility will be a fully automated parking facility utilizing License Plate Recognition technology, fully integrated valet hardware and software solutions along with the roll out of state-of-the-art on-line parking capabilities.
